Over a period of 2 years we worked with our client through several different design possibilities for this site before commencing the final design & construct documentation process.

Works commenced on site to construct the 3 level and basement office building, each of 1500m², that comprises 26 individual tenancies. These tenancies are accessed by a central common area at each level that houses the feature staircase, lift, light-wells and amenities.

Car parking is provided to tenants and clients alike in the secure basement of the building and also at ground level on the suspended deck area
