The project consists of 6 storeys Mixed Use Development with 2 level basement car park, ground floor retail tenancies and 91 residential apartments including a luxurious Penthouse.
Becon’s involvement with this project stems back to its conception. The original concept for the project was to create two separate buildings prior to the project being combined into a single building. In addition, advice was provided to assist in construction logistics and financial implications, with combining both buildings into one.
The client chose a method of project delivery whereby documentation was completed to 75 percent prior to design consultants being novated to the builder and the project completed on a Design and Construct basis.
Becon assumed full responsibility for completing the documentation in line with both the architectural intent and the builder’s tender allowances. We feel this demonstrated both our ability to manage a design team but the value of our input during the early phases of a project.
The quality of the fittings and finishes are to a very high standard and the overall feel of the building is like a luxury hotel. With Feng Shui design principles the apartments are marketed toward the discerning Asian buyer.
