The project consisted of the demolition and removal of the two existing buildings and construction of a new building over three levels. The building was clad with timber to age over time and blend in with the surrounding environment.

The ground level provides the member change rooms, showers, toilets, junior lounge, galley, keg room, dry store, first aid room and general storage areas for the club’s racing equipment.

The first-floor level contains a commercial kitchen and bar facility, serving both the members club lounge and general dining area, with associated public amenities.A large entertaining and observation deck overlooks the water.
