Situated in Montrose Street, Hawthorn East the site works were challenging due to the tight street conditions, proximity to Auburn railway station and adjacent building sites under taking works at the same time.

Becon were engaged in a Design and Construct capacity from the design development stage through construction to hand over and purchaser settlement.
