Point Cook

This project included the refurbishment of an existing ground floor building and an expansive first floor addition. The building, named Quiroga Hall, now houses three separate zones.

The Musical zone includes a music classroom, 14 tuition rooms and a 356 seat auditorium which is over two levels with large stage, backstage area and talent accommodations.

The Sports zone has two full sized basketball courts with bleacher style seating and a gymnasium.

The Food technology zone is located on the first floor and includes two fully equipped commercial kitchens and four flexible classroom spaces.
