The project was undertaken on a Design and Construct basis and Becon were responsible for the management of the consultants and the overall design process to successfully deliver the clients design brief.

The Logan Motorway Travel Centre is situated on the main East-West link approximately 20 Klm south of Brisbane and is specifically designed to cater to customers travelling long distances.

The 1,661M2 control building includes a Convenience Store, Food Court, Leased Tenancies, Truckers Facilities with showers and a laundry room and General Public Facilities with parents rooms, ATM’s and public phones.

The forecourt consists of an 8 bay Car Canopy and an 11 bay Truck Canopy. Parking is provided for 132 motor vehicles and 21 heavy vehicle b-double parking bays.
