The Atura Hotel project was undertaken on a design and construct basis and we were appointed early in the design phase undertaking both the co-ordination of specialist consultants and negotiations with regulatory authorities.

This overall development comprises:

• Hotel reception, Lobby and office amenity
• Full service restaurant and commercial kitchen
• Function facilities
• Tavern Bar complete with Micro Brewery and Wood Fired Pizza Oven
• Covered outdoor area adjacent to the Tavern bar
• 128 Hotel rooms completed to a luxurious standard
• Basement Car Parking

The Tavern Bar has a glass atrium which displays the working microbrewery equipment and cosy open fire place.

The Hotel has a Restaurant with a full commercial kitchen and servery and the lobby is bright, light and colourful.
