We were informed by his brother this morning that Chris had taken his own life on Friday night. He was on annual leave at the time and we do not know the circumstances. 

Without knowing of his individual work friendships, his family has requested that no one contact them at present and we ask you to respect their wishes. We will work through any issues with them, at this very trying time. 

Chris commenced work with Becon in April 2010 and worked on the BP Oakleigh and 167 Princes Hwy sites.
